Q1: What courier did you use?

We use POSLAJU as our main courier nationwide (including Sabah & Sarawak). If you prefer other alternative courier, you can choose between Skynet or J&T with additional cost RM10/item.

Q2: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We provide FREE POSLAJU shipping for orders above RM100 within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, shipping charge is RM10/kg. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

Once tracking number is updated, customer may need to keep track your parcel status. Courier companies sometimes do not inform when they deliver the item to you even when we request to do that. Any complain MUST be made within 72 hours from the date that we ship out the item.

If customer didn’t receive their parcel due to the fact that the parcel is not tracked, they will have to bear the shipping fee for the second order

Q3: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can. However, orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers know that ARXMEN does not represent any courier companies. As much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcel delays are beyond our control. But then, we assure that we will help as much as we can to make sure your item reaches you.
