I'm interested to buy for my company. Any special price?

Yes, other than selling online, we do supply for company/organisation who interested to buy a large amount order (KUKA Robot, Bornea Rhyno, Safe Guard, & few more..) Quit few occasion when we also supplied for team Kembara Mahkota Johor (PDRM team).

Minimum order to entitle this special rate (corporate rate) is 20 pieces only. Please directly email or contact us (+6014-933 3625) for detail corporate rate.

I'm interested to be agent, how to proceed?

Unfortunately we don’t have system agent. But you can get a special rate discount when repeat order. You can place your order here under your name, but assign to different address for shipment (dropship). We’ll help you to ship to your customer address.

For more special discount, you can proceed with >20pcs/order to get corporate rate.

Do you have COD servise?

Yes, we have COD but in Bandar Putra, Kulai area only. Outside this, there will be delivery charge for COD (RM2/km)

For location more than 30km, only postage is available

 Do I need to register to shop?

Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status.

No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter. By signing up, you will be the first to know of our new arrivals, exclusive discounts, promotions and flash sales.

4. Will you pass my details to any other companies?

No, we will not pass your details on to other companies. Don’t worry! All information you provide us with is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

5. What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

If you’ve forgotten your password, just click the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ button and it will be emailed to you right away. If you still do not receive an email, write to [email protected] and we will assist you promptly.

6. What is your online security policy?

We want to make sure you’re safe and secure when you’re shopping with us online. Rest assured we do not sell nor disclose any customers’ personal information to other parties for any purposes.

How do I place an order?
  1. First step is to register with us as a member by clicking HERE.
  2. All you need to do now is browse! You can search for something specific by using the search bar or if you’re looking for a particular type of item you can browse by category located along the top of the page. 
  3. Once you have found the item you want, select your size/color and click on the ADD TO CART button.
  4. You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View cart & checkout’. 
  5. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
1. Discount code not working?

Please bear in mind that brand exclusions may apply and it’s up to ARXMEN’s discretion to omit them from the promotion. Apart from that, always remember that you must be logged in for the code to work!

2. Couldn’t proceed with payment and my order status is Pending.

Kindly contact us immediately via email, call or live chat and we’ll assist in canceling your order so that you can place a new one. We’d ask for your kind assistance not to bank in/transfer the amount to our bank account as we can’t guarantee the item you purchased is still in stock. In the case that you made a payment manually, we will have to refund you via bank transfer to your bank account.

3. How do I add an item to my order after checking out?

You will need to make a separate order altogether.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can either pay by:

  • Visa & Mastercard
    If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.
  • Direct Online Transfer : Maybank 5511-0031-8922 (Arxmen Enterprise)
    (Internet Banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online, PBeBank, etc.)
  • Payment Gateway
    ipay88/Bilplz/senang.pay (just select any during proceed for payment)
  • PayPal
    If you pay through PayPal, PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate for MYR. Kindly note PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, set by an external financial institution. Contact PayPal directly for more details regarding how they determine their currency conversion rates and fees. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    If you decide to use COD method, please contact us upfront delivery arrangement. (+6014-933 3625)
Can I cancel my order?
1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but you will need to call us on our hotline as soon as possible so that we won’t process your order.
If it’s too late to cancel your order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be refund according to our policy. Please find “Return & Refund Policy” section HERE.

3. Why was my order canceled?

In most cases, orders are automatically canceled if we do not receive payments from you via ipay88/PayPal, or if no payment is made within 24 hours for direct bank-in. However, if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out right away!

Item that I want was out of stock?
Do you restock items?

Some items are restock able. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our newsletter, so it’s good to check frequently.

Can you let me know when an item has been restocked?

Unfortunately, we are unable to do so. Sorry! We usually announce restocked items in our newsletter and Instagram, so don’t forget to subscribe and check frequently!

 

Can you provide me an official invoice?

Yes, we can.
Other than standard order confirmation email, we do provide official invoice only if you request. Please leave your note under “Order notes (optional)” box on CHECKOUT DETAILS before you proceed payment.

If you had missed this during checkout process, you can contact us through email or whatsapp. Will send you the invoice to your email.

ISSUE WITH RECEIVED ITEM

I want to change size

If you found that the item you received is not fit well/wrong size, you can return back to exchange with the correct size.

Kindly return it & don’t forget to put a note mentioned the new size/color/items you’d like to exchange with together with your return postage detail. Click here for information on how to return an item.
We’ll bare the shipping cost for second time & you may claim your return post as well.

I received the wrong/defect item

We are terribly sorry about that! Please notify us immediately your order ID and the correct item you had ordered.

For incorrect/defect item, you will then need to return the incorrectly received item back to us. Click here for information on how to return an item.

I received order, but one of them is missing

We are terribly sorry about that! Please notify us immediately your order ID and the item you did not receive/missing

The item I recieved not meet my expectation, can I get refund?

To ensure we only deliver full customer satisfaction, we provide money back guarantee for all items that you purchase from our website in case the item quality are not meeting your expectation. Just ensure all 3 below conditions are meet for your refund request (same case for cancel order):

  1. Item must be unworn unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with items tag/label still attached
  2. Notice to refund within 2 days upon item received
  3. Return the item within 4 days upon received.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

We do reserve the right not to allow the refund of any transactions if condition above is not met. Your item will be post back to you address.

Refunds

Refunds would take a processing time of 1 – 2 working days after returned products have been received. Refunds processing time from bank would be 5 – 14 days.

Refund method will be bank transfer to customers bank account directly
